Because your data is sent to your business partner's ERP over Weaver, it's necessary to make the data easily readable to the human eye.
n the specific case of an invoice, it could be an invoice which you receive from your Italian supplier or that you send to your Italian client. In each case, Weaver can easily interface with both your customers and suppliers and will automatically generate an electronic invoice.
This electronic invoice it's a file PDF (more specifically a PDF/A) wich appears visually on the monitor of your P.C. as a normal document.
The invoice will also incorporate an electronic signature in compliance with the nationally applicable laws.
In another scenario, it is possible that your business partner is located abroad in a different European state. If your company is based in Italy and you need, for example, to send your invoice to a German client, Weaver will deliver an invoice which will be compliant with both the German and the Italian law.
